You can order as few as 20 MSA Hard Hats with the same logo or design.

You can choose up to four colors (five, if the color of the shell is included in the design). We also have the Image 2000 process that produces photo-quality reproductions on our hats and caps.

The logo can be located on the front, back, and/or sides of the shell. Of course, the image that is to be reproduced will have a direct affect on the overall size of your logo as it appears on a shell. The size depends on the configuration of the logo and how that relates to the helmet shell.

To be "camera-ready," the artwork must meet certain criteria. First of all, it has to be in a condition that is ready to print. The fonts have to be acceptable to the program, so that they are legible when printed. The lines should be full and clean with no ragged edges.

The colors should be separated, or a color guide provided so that the color(s) that you want will be what is printed. If the edges of your artwork are ragged, or cut into, the artwork on your logo will look the same. We consider any piece of artwork that requires less than a 1/2 hour of cleaning to be camera-ready.
